Villa mi Cuna, Villa Milonga, Lovely Rose, Apartment Tango and Ruby's apartment: minimum stay is 3 nights.

Villa Pasha, Havana, Tiara and Sacha: Minimum stay is 5 nights

Children under 10 years are free of charge. Baby beds: $20,-/ €15 per crib per stay.

Utilities are charged at check-in:

Villa Mi Cuna/ Villa Milonga/ Villa Pasha: $50 per night

Sacha apartment:$15 per night

Tango apartment: $20 per night

Ruby's/Tiara/Havana/Lovely Rose: $10 per night

Payment:

Pre-payments 50% of booking sum at reservation. Total of payment before 30 days before arrival.

Security deposit:

US300 as security deposit upon arrival for Villa mi Cuna/ Milonga and Villa Pasha

US150 as security deposit upon arrival for all apartments.

For eventual damage at the property will be charged from your deposit.
